we made it a little over an hour away from home and the car started messing up. We found the closest auto repair shop and THANK GOD for nice people! Ritters Auto Repair in Kinmundy, IL got us in right at opening at 8:00am, figured out the problem, drove an hour (one way) to get the part we needed, fixed the issue and got us back on the road! We are about 5 hours behind schedule, but thanks to them we can continue our trip!! ❤️

Our truck broke down on I 57. Called Ed Holsapple towing and he brought us to Ritters. Mr Ritter was so helpful to us! Diagnosed our problem, helped us get a rental car (we were on the way to an out of state funeral) and had the truck fixed by the time we came back 4 days later. We cannot say enough good things about this shop. They went out of their way to help us and it is so very much appreciated!! Thank you!
